About Ellie’s Treats
Ellie's Treats started as a husband & wife team! Katie & Dan have a passion for making people happy-- and what's better than an ice cold treat on a hot day? They had a dream, made it happen & now have the best jobs ever! Working many years prior in the food industry, customer service & delicious treat creations come natural to the pair!
What We Serve:
When you visit our Big Blue truck, you will find up to eight flavors of hard-scooped ice cream for cups, cones, sundaes, frappes & floats! Be sure to try one of our Mocha Brownie or Banana Split sundaes! During the summer at our weekly food truck nights, we run a different specialty sundae & shake each week! We also have 20+ different novelty popsicle favorites including the strawberry shortcake bar, Spongebob & ice cream sandwiches… Four flavors of hand scooped Richie’s slush, Twelve flavors of snow cones-- even more if you mix & match! We also carry freshly popped & buttered popcorn & hand-spun cotton candy! And new to 2023- frozen lemonade & Red Bull rickeys! We also own & operate novelty-only trucks for your catering needs!
