Thyme Traveling is a family owned, chef driven food truck serving seasonally inspired creative dishes. Owner/chef Michael Kelly was previously the executive chef for Rustic Kitchen in Hingham/Boston and before that worked under Kevin Long of Tosca for several years. We are now on our 4th season taking Michael's food out of the restaurant and onto the road!
Chef owned and operated, made from scratch, fresh and flavorful! We are best known for our variety of hand cut and breaded buttermilk fried chicken sandwiches (like our crispy Korean with sweet sesame Asian slaw or the Nashville hot chicken sandwich), delicious gluten free tacos (like our ground beef and sweet potato or bbq sriracha Pulled pork with pineapple salsa, speciality arancini (like our Mexican Street Corn Arancini or Southwest Chicken and spicy vegetarian Bang Bang Cauliflower! We rotate the menu weekly to keep things fresh and interesting. We usually have vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu and we offer packages to suit most dietary requests!
