Comfort Food is Life. Joe started out with a hot dog cart several years back and due to its success he knew he wanted to go bigger. Fast forward to designing and purchasing a new food trailer in the mid west. After a long road trip with friends to pick up the Food Trailer and months later, Joe’s Eats and Treats was born. Joe wants to cook and serve food that people with enjoy and remember.
