KC’s Curbside Bistro is the South Shore’s premier comfort food truck, serving up the classics everyone loves—burgers and fried chicken—made better than you ever expected.
Our mission is simple: feed people who are hungry for really good food. Anyone can make a burger, but not everyone can make it the way we do. We believe comfort food should be crave-worthy, high quality, and unforgettable.
While our signature Curbside Chicken Tenders have built a loyal following, our smash burgers are just as unforgettable. And when it comes to fried chicken sandwiches, we love getting creative. Our Kimchi Fried Chicken Sandwich started years ago as a special and quickly became a permanent staple thanks to customer demand.
We only use premium chicken and proudly source our meats from Kinnealey’s Meats, one of New England’s premier meat companies. It may cost a little more, but you can absolutely taste the difference.
