Katherine Neil launched The Dinghy in 2022 as a way to serve the beach community on the South Shore. The menu is beach-friendly fare, including breakfast and lunch sandwiches and paninis, as well as dips, chips, some sweet treats (ask us what we have today), and weekly specials (chowder, anyone?). You can find The Dinghy daily during the summer at the Scituate Lighthouse and beaches. If you are out early or need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, definitely try our cold brew!
