About Flashback Franks
Flashback Franks is co-owned and operated by married couple Amanda Malyar and Natalie West. The quirky duo joins their love of 90s pop culture with America’s most iconic food to create a one-of-a-kind fast food experience. At Flashback Franks, diners have the option of an all-beef or plant-based frank with homemade condiments that are funky, fresh, and super delicious. Rotating specials and nostalgic snacks have patrons saying “Oh, snap!” before coming back for more!
What We Serve:
Guests can order their choice of an all-beef or plant-based frank on a locally-made, toasted brioche bun. Our rotating menu has a wide range of homemade specialty toppings! We have classics like the "Old School" with yellow mustard, onion, and relish and specialty franks like the "Mr. Feeny" topped with house-made mac 'n cheese and buttery breadcrumbs.
