After years of doing pop up events at local breweries and community events our Ritz Carlton trained Chef Chad Miller is proud to introduce South Shore Smokehouse! All of our meats are smoked on 100% locally Sourced Hardwood on our chef designed barbecue trailer. Our seasonal menu changes as much as the lovely New England Weather and we are Happy to be able to serve you! We can serve parties as small as 25 and we are able to handle events with thousands of people as well.
What We Serve:
We are very happy to bring our Southern Style Barbecue to the South Shore. All of our meats are smoked with locally sourced Hardwood. We Cater Private Parties, Corporate and Community events bringing a new flavor to Massachusetts. The Hickory smoked Beef Brisket and Baby Back Ribs are a must try.
