Sanitation & Safety:
Out of caution, we have taken the following steps beyond our usual high standards:
- We prepared our employees and re-emphasized existing sanitation and illness policies, including frequent and proper hand-washing, and our practices regarding wearing and changing of gloves.
- We have implemented enhanced protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our food trucks, including cleaning more frequently and adding additional cleanings with peroxide solution in high-touchpoint locations.
- We’ve emphasized what employees can do to keep themselves and others safe, including not touching one’s face, and staying home if sick.
- Some food trucks offer gloves for our customers to ensure the safety of others as well as our employees.
- All POS terminals are wiped down after each transaction to reduce the risk of possible spreading and exposure.
