My Membership
We offer a variety of memberships available to suit your need as a growing business and fellow food trucker. Want to know a little bit more about our organization and what we do? The South Shore Food Truck Association is a growing organization that is comprised of many types of members and vendors. We offer membership to Food Trucks, Food Trailers, Pop-Ups, Mobile Caterers, Restaurants, and Venues. If you are interested in joining, contact us here.
The South Shore Food Truck Association offers two plans to food truckers. We offer the Standard Membership and the Premium Membership.
The main difference is being able to access the Booking & Catering form and receiving leads through the website.
Sure, you can upgrade at anytime and receive new features and access to the site. You just need to cover the difference in cost.
You can cancel your Membership at anytime. You will lose access to your account and profile. If you are a Premium Member, you will no longer receive Booking & Catering leads from website.
My Profile
Once you are logged in, you can edit your Profile. My Account > Edit Profile.
Each member is required to provide a ‘Business Name’ and what ‘City/Town’ they are based out of.

About Us – Background Image:
This is the image behind the ‘About Us’ section.
Cuisine & Dining – Background Image:
This is the image behind the ‘Cuisine Category’, ‘Food Types’, and ‘Dining Specialties’ section.

My Account
Member Info: Information and data relating to the primary account holder.
- Username
- First Name
- Last name
- Primary Email Address
- Phone Number
This information is private and only used if we need to contact the account holder.
Business Info: Information and data relating to your business/food truck. This section should only contain information relating to your business/food truck.
- Food Truck Name
- Location
- Address (Restaurants or Pop-ups)
Don’t sweat it! Most food trucks don’t have a physical address as they are constantly on the go!
Just make sure in your profile, in the ‘Address’ area, you fill out ‘City/Town’* to show customers where you are based out of.
* ‘City/Town’ is required when filling out your profile.
You can change your billing details by accessing your membership details within your Account.
Keep your account up-to-date and secure. You can change your password at My Account > Settings.
Email Notifications
Your email is the address that is associated with your account and is used as your login. This email is also used to receive account notifications and emails.
Your Booking & Catering Notification email is the email address that you wish to receive your Booking & Catering Requests. This email can be different than your account email.
Booking & Catering Notification Email:
Here are a few tips to help ensure you get your Booking & Catering requests.
- Check My Account > Settings and check your Booking & Catering Notification Email to ensure you have provided the correct email address.
- Check your Junk/Spam folder. The emails are automatically forwarded and with the cutdown on malware and bots, automatically forwarded emails from the website can be directed to the Junk/Spam Folder. If your Requests are in your Junk/Spam Folder, please mark the emails as ‘Not Junk/Spam’.
- If you’re still not receiving Booking & Catering Requests, please contact us.
To change your Booking & Catering Notification Email, please go to: My Account > Settings > Change Booking Email
Billing & Payments
You can use PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
The South Shore Food Truck Association knows that you’re busy and that running a business means you don’t always have time to sit down or remember the little things. We can take the pressure off with recurring billing.
It’s a timesaver! By cutting the time spent on invoicing and sending out reminders, we implemented recurring payments for our Membership subscriptions.
The short answer? Yes. Our Membership system is based upon recurring billing and payments. If you have a PayPal account it saves you time when signing up. But non PayPal users can join when they register and sign-up for their Membership subscription.
Here are a few tips for managing your subscription:
- You can cancel Auto-Pay by managing your subscription. My Account > Manage your Plan
- You can log into your PayPal account and cancel the auto-renewal of your Membership subscription.
Please note this will cancel your membership from auto-renewing.
You can access your Payment History and Invoices here.
You can change your billing address by accessing your subscription details within your Account.
Troubleshooting
The Booking & Catering Request Form is for Premium Membership Members only. If you wish to receive Booking & Catering Requests, sign up for a Premium Membership or upgrade your existing Standard Membership to Premium.
Please check your Membership to ensure it’s paid in full and that your Account is active.
Be sure to check and edit your profile accordingly with the correct business information.
If you have paid and edited your profile and are still not listed on the Catering & Booking Request Form, please contact us.
If you are a Paid Member, please check that you have edited and updated your Profile. You can find this at My Account > Edit Profile.
If you have done so, and your profile is still not showing up on the ‘Vendor’ page, please contact us.
Your logo is the primary visual representation of our brand and consistency is essential. You can edit and upload logo here.
